Queste di oggi sono le mete più gettonate (perché “istagrammabili”) dei 2 parchi Banff National Park e Jasper National Park: il Lake Louise, e il Moraine Lake . Per potervi accedere hai 3 soluzioni: in auto ma il parcheggio si esaurisce alle 6 di mattina; a piedi via trekking con km da percorrere; o le navette i cui biglietti sono messi in vendita ad Aprile in un “click day” fino ad esaurimento. Noi siamo riusciti ad acquistarli ad Aprile grazie al fuso orario a nostro favore.

Laghi molto molto belli, glaciali, dal colore raro come alcuni già visitati in questo viaggio. Non siamo stati fortunatissimi con il meteo, a tratti c’era pioggia ma i pochi raggi di sole mostravano tutta la l’iro bellezza. Le foto non rendono giustizia così come non la rendono a questo viaggio…

Day 11

Today's highlights are the most popular (because they're Instagrammable) destinations in Banff National Park and Jasper National Park: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. To access them, you have three options: by car, but parking fills up at 6:00 a.m.; by hiking for miles; or by shuttle bus, whose tickets go on sale in April on a "click day" basis until sold out. We were able to purchase them in April thanks to the time zone in our favor.

These lakes are very beautiful, glacial, with a rare color, like some we've already visited on this trip. We weren't very lucky with the weather; there was rain at times, but the few rays of sunshine showed off their beauty. The photos don't do it justice, just as they don't do this trip justice...
